A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Exam Coordinator to join a prestigious professional membership body based in Milton Keynes. Offering a hybrid working model (2 days in the office, 3 from home), this is a superb chance to support the delivery of high-stakes professional examinations. You’ll earn up to £26,000 plus an excellent benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up and manage examination sessions and provide first-line support to examiners.
- Coordinate the marking process, tracking progress and responding to queries.
- Support results delivery and post-assessment processes across various qualifications.
- Collate and analyse exam data for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain process documentation and contribute to service improvements.
What Experience is Required
- Strong administrative background, ideally within education or assessments.
- Proficient in Excel (including pivot tables and intermediate formulas).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience

Location
Based in Milton Keynes 2 days per week and three days from home,
Commute from: Northampton, Luton, Bedford, Aylesbury, Bletchley, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, and surrounding areas.
